At Glow Point Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Opened or used products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within five business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
